This can be particularly helpful if you aren't sure what type of massage would benefit you the most.

I usually get a Swedish massage. That is what most people think of when they hear the word. Though I would really love to try some reiki or even a deep tissue massage. I keep debating whether or not I want to try reflexology but I prefer have my muscles manipulated.

Luckily there are a couple of schools that teach massage near me. I know their clinics tend to fill up quickly. Hopefully I'll be able to get an appointment soon. My muscles almost constantly feel tight and sore. It would be nice to feel truly relaxed for awhile.
