Paid blogging

I just came across another site where you can get paid for blogging. It is called Smorty and even though I haven't been using them too long, it seems like a pretty nice site. My blog was approved within 12 hours. The best part about it is that, unlike other get paid to blog sites, Smorty pays on a weekly basis. Advertisers have 5 full days to review your post but as soon as it is approved, you will receive payment on the first payment date of that week. That is so much better than having to wait an entire month for payment. I am really excited about working with them.

Oh! Another different thing about Smorty. They have something called Smorty score that will allow you to post about the higher paid opportunities. Since Google doesn't like to update their page rankings very often, it's difficult to get the better opportunities on other sites. This should help offset that a bit. They still look at the Google Page Rank but now they'll also take the Smorty score into consideration as well. I guess we'll see where this goes now!
