Back in March, I talked about Ai Kago getting fired. Well, it has recently come out that her W partner-in-crime, Nozomi Tsuji is getting married in June. Not only that but Nono is 2 months pregnant as well. What does this mean for dear Nono? Most likely she will leave her new group, Gyaruru, and she will be fired from the agency. Now, this does bring up an interesting situation. Gyaruru is not under the Hello!Project umbrella. It is on Tsunku's label, TNX. So while the Up-Front Agency (the agency that oversees Hello!Project groups) is quite upset with Nono, Tsunku has shown his support for her. There is supposed to be a press conference coming up in the next few days. It'll be interesting to see what happens to Nono.
On the Aibon front, there is a rumor that she has signed with another agency closer to her hometown. So it's possible that Aibon will perform again!
A little over a month ago, I talked about Aibon's return to Hello!Project. Well, she has been fired. Supposedly Kago is dating a man 18 years older than her. There are also some rumors that she is smoking again. So, no more Aibon in H!P. This pretty much kills off any interest I have in H!P groups. I've never been particularly fond of Morning Musume. My favorite groups were the ones that Kago was in. Maybe Tsuji will be put into a cool group and I'll like them. Though it's really sad that there will be no more W.
I will assume that most of you have no clue what I am talking about ^_^ It has been reported that Ai Kago is coming back to Hello!Project!
And since most of you are probably going "Erm, What?" by now, I shall explain.
Ai Kago is a former member of Morning Musume and a (current?) member of W(Double You). Last February, a magazine took pictures of her smoking. She had just turned 18 and the legal age for smoking is Japan is 20. So the Hello!Project people promptly suspended Kago from all H!P activities. (The third W album was postponed, she was removed from a H!P musical, for awhile anything featuring her picture was removed from the H!P stores, etc.)
So here we are, a little over a year later and the agency is supposedly working on her comeback. I really like W's music so it'll be really cool if this comeback is true.
